JINAN, Dec. 18 (Xinhua) — A total of 32 short videos were awarded at the finals of the second “Foreigners on China” contest, during a ceremony held Thursday in the city of Yantai, east China’s Shandong Province.
The multilingual global short video competition highlighting foreigners’ perspectives on China saw the submission of more than 400,000 short videos from over 100 countries and regions.
Sponsored by the China International Publishing Group, the competition had seven categories and began accepting entries from July 2019 through August 2020 on themes such as — fighting COVID-19 with global cooperation, poverty alleviation, my favorite Chinese city and discovering China from outside its borders.
